James Beard House NY, Jan. 2013
I got the opportunity to attend dinner at the James Beard House in NY last month with my husband, Michael Rossi who is the Executive Chef at the, "Ranch Restaurant." Michael along with his brother David Rossi and 4 other great chefs cooked up an amazing salmon dinner hosted by, "Skuna Bay Salmon." This was truly a trip of a life time and a memory that we will forever hold in our hearts!
